The Spindle Whorl Courtyard at The Point Casino & Hotel offers a peaceful outdoor gathering space inspired by the rich cultural heritage of the Port Gamble S’Klallam Tribe. Designed as a welcoming place to relax and connect, the courtyard features comfortable seating surrounded by natural beauty, making it an ideal spot to enjoy fresh air between gaming, dining, or meetings.
Whether you’re meeting friends, unwinding after a day of exploring the Olympic Peninsula, or simply taking in the tranquil atmosphere, the Spindle Whorl Courtyard provides a unique blend of Northwest hospitality and tribal tradition that enhances every stay.
The Spindle Whorl Courtyard is located behind the hotel and is dedicated to Ronald G. Charles, a former Tribal Chairman for the Port Gamble S’Klallam Tribe. The courtyard is a great place to relax and unwind when the weather permits. Live music, a barbecue and bar are featured on Friday and Saturday evenings during the summertime. The center of the courtyard features a large fire pit and is surrounded by smaller tables.
Join us on Fridays and Saturdays during the Summer for Summer Sounds Live Music.
Please note no personal or outside food or beverages are permitted on the courtyard.
